Developing Perspective: Exploring Inversions

Looking at things in different ways offers us insight. Taking different perspectives and shapes with our bodies also can bring the opportunity for insight. Spend an afternoon with Mindy and Maggie on a journey toward new vision!

On Saturday January 18, we will spend some time exploring drills, tips and subtle body experiences to expand our practice. Attendees can expect to find ways that they can begin incorporating the drills and inversions in their current practice. And of course, all can expect to have some play and practice time upside down with various ways to support, modify and adjust for your level of experience! Physical asana practice, short periods of mindfulness and interactive activity all included.
