Human anatomy is the scientific study of the structure and organization of the human body.

Human physiology is the scientific study of the functions and mechanisms of the human body; exploring how the body's various systems work together to maintain a stable internal environment, to enable the body to adapt to changes in its environment, and to perform its essential functions. 

Our nervous system's primary function is to receive, process, and respond to information; allowing the body to react to stimuli and maintain a stable internal environment. 


This course will focus on personal reflection and deep contemplation, aiming to enhance our understanding of our human composition and movement. We will explore the fundamental components that constitute our being and examine their interconnections. Recognizing the complexity of our bodies and the influence of external systems, we will learn to interpret the signals our bodies send to maintain balance, flexibility, and health.…
